Recognizes and evaluate sales, promotional campaigns, and other opportunities to secure reduced prices. Assesses supplier\u0027s products to ensure that they comply with specifications and meet the organization\u0027s quality standards.\n\n## This role in summary\n\nThe role requires a deep understanding of the market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively. Responsible for procurement of HR, Facilities, IT (hardware, software, services) \u0026 Insurances\n\n## Your responsibilities will include\n\nStrategic Sourcing:\n\n\\- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities. \n\n\\- Evaluate bids and proposals, and make recommendations based on cost, quality, and delivery timelines.\n\nVendor Management:\n\n\\- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.\n\n\\- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews to ensure compliance with contractual terms and company standards.. \n\nNegotiation:\n\n\\- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best possible value for the company.\n\n\\- Ensure that all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies.\n\nCost Management:\n\n\\- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.\n\n\\- Implement cost control measures and track the effectiveness of cost-saving initiatives.\n\nCompliance and Risk Management\n\n\\- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.\n\n\\- Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement, including supply chain disruptions and vendor non-compliance.\n\nDigitalization\n\n\\- Leveraging technology and automation, and enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in procurement operations\n\n## Minimum requirements\n\nEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech\n\nEXPERIENCE \\- 8+ yrs of Indirect Procurement experience\n\nStrong negotiation \u0026 vendor management skills.\n\nSound understanding of Contracting.\n\nStrong knowledge of procurement of HR, facilities, IT Products and services, including hardware, software and cloud solutions.\n\nGood network and sound knowledge of the IT industry.\n\nKnowledge of Software terms,cybersecurity and data protection regulations.\n\nStakeholder Management\n\nAbility to manage complex data analysis\n\nPreferred - MBA Certification- CPP/ CSCP/CPSM\n\n## Preferred skills and experiences\n\nPreferred skills and experiences\n\nBEHAVIOURAL\n\n1\\.
