Job Description - Manager - Learning and Development

1. Mastery in instructional design and leadership development methodologies.

2. Strong facilitation skills across varied audience groups

3. Ability to create structured toolkits, timelines, and feedback loops.

4. Experience in integrating training into Potential Reviews, Performance Reviews and develop Individual Development Plans

5. Adept in building Content across modes like in -person, hydrid and online (LMS /LxP Platform experience)

6. Strong communicator with a passion for unified organizational experiences.

7. Proven ability to design and interpret learning dashboards, analyze training impact using tools, and present actionable insights

8. Experience in 1 -0 -1 coaching

Requirements

Conduct robust training needs analysis using interviews, surveys, and focus groups

Design programs using frameworks like but limited to ADDIE, SAM, and emotionally resonant storytelling.

Deliver content through multi modal formats tailored to generational and executive cohorts

Analyze learning impact using tools, dashboards, and behavioral assessment frameworks.

Ensure sustainability through learning paths, mentoring programs, and SOP integration

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align learning objectives with Departmental, Business and Organizational Goals

Integrate Learning Initiatives to Organization Culture, Compliance and Credibility
