Marketing Manager
Job Description:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with our company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including budgeting, timeline management, and performance tracking.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital content, and multimedia assets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and competitive.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to members of the marketing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in marketing management roles, preferably in Service Industry (BPO).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
- Creative mindset with a passion for driving results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
