Furniture and Fittings Skill Council is an industry -led organization dedicated to the sustainable development of the furniture and interior industry in India. With the support of 1500+ companies, associations, academia and Skill Ambassadors, FFSC aims to build a strong ecosystem through skill development initiatives and collaborations.

Objective

The
Manager, Marketing Communications (Strategy), will play a pivotal role in
developing and executing strategic marketing communication plans for
FFSC. This position requires a forward -thinking and strategic approach to
enhance the organization's brand, promote its initiatives, and strengthen
stakeholder engagement through digital -first and data -driven
communication.



Key Responsibilities (KRA)

  • Develop
    and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with
    FFSC's overall goals and objectives

  • Drive
    brand awareness and recognition through targeted, data -driven, multi -channel
    communication campaigns.

  • Plan,
    execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns,
    including audience segmentation, list management, automation,
    personalization, newsletters and campaign analytics.

  • Collaborate
    with internal teams to align communication strategies with FFSC's skill
    development programs, industry campaigns, stakeholder engagement
    programs, events, and digital outreach initiatives.

  • Oversee
    impactful content for websites, email newsletters, social media,
    presentations, PR notes, video scripts, case studies, and stakeholder
    communication while ensuring consistency in messaging and brand
    representation.

  • Build
    integrated digital communication plans across email, LinkedIn, YouTube,
    Instagram/Facebook, WhatsApp or community channels, webinars, events, and
    website communication.

  • Use
    marketing analytics and dashboards to track reach, engagement,
    conversions, stakeholder response, campaign ROI, and areas for continuous
    improvement.


Internal
& External Interfaces


  • Internal: Collaborate with FFSC
    leadership, Skill Academies, and other divisions.

  • External: Liaise with advertising agencies,
    media partners, industry associations, digital platforms, technology vendors,
    and other stakeholders to enhance external communications.


Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  •  Successful
    execution of strategic marketing communication plans.

  • Increased
    brand visibility and positive perception across industry, academia, government,
    learner, and stakeholder communities.

  • Effective
    coordination with internal teams for aligned messaging.

  • Improved
    email marketing performance through Zoho Campaigns, including open rate,
    click -through rate, conversion response, list quality, and campaign engagement.

  • Measurable
    improvement in digital/social engagement, website traffic, stakeholder
    inquiries, event/webinar participation, and campaign reporting quality.



Requirements

Minimum Qualification Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in
    Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing,
    Mass Communication, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in developing
    and implementing strategic marketing communication plans.

  • Hands -on familiarity with email
    marketing or marketing automation platforms, preferably Zoho Campaigns;
    CRM tools; AI -enabled content or marketing tools; social media and
    analytics platforms.

Work Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
    in marketing and communications, preferably within skill development or
    related industries.

  • Exposure to AI -driven content
    workflows, marketing automation, email campaign management, SEO, social
    media strategy, and campaign analytics will be an added advantage.
