Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Blast Furnace operations to achieve production targets and ensure operational efficiency.
  
• Oversee Gas Cleaning Plant (GCP) operations for effective gas handling and environmental compliance.
  
• Coordinate and supervise Sinter Plant operations to ensure uninterrupted raw material supply to the Blast Furnace.
  
• Analyze process parameters and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
  
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and statutory regulations.
  
• Collaborate with maintenance, production, and quality teams to optimize plant performance.
  
• Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering
  
• 6 -10 years of experience in Steel, Non -Ferrous, Glass, or Cement industries
  
• Strong knowledge of industrial furnaces, combustion systems, burners, heat transfer, and process engineering
  
• Experience in project management, technical sales, and business development
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills
  
• Willingness to travel extensively for business development and project activities
