NABL Accreditation & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.
  

• Maintain and update Quality Manual, SOPs, Work Instructions, and technical documents.
  

• Handle internal audits, management reviews, and external NABL assessments.
  

• Coordinate proficiency testing (PT) / inter -laboratory comparisons (ILC) as per schedule.
  

• Ensure proper implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  

2. Laboratory Operations Management

• Plan and monitor daily laboratory activities to ensure timely testing and reporting.
  

• Ensure proper calibration, verification, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
  

• Maintain traceability of standards and reference materials.
  

• Review and approve test reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  

3. Quality Assurance & Documentation

• Oversee documentation control as per NABL guidelines.
  

• Ensure proper sample handling, preservation, and storage.
  

• Monitor environmental conditions in the lab.
  

• Prepare and maintain records related to equipment, training, audits, calibrations, and nonconformities.
  

4. Team Leadership & Training

• Guide, train, and monitor laboratory staff to ensure technical competence.
  

• Conduct regular training sessions on ISO/IEC 17025, calibration, method validation, and good lab practices.
  

• Maintain competency records and authorise personnel for specific tests.
  

5. Method Development & Validation

• Develop, validate, and update test methods as per customer requirements.
  

• Ensure uncertainty measurement calculations are done and updated.
