At Pega, we believe that our greatest asset is our people. Within our dynamic consulting organization serving global clients, we understand that success comes from both developing exceptional talent and delivering outstanding results. Our Consulting Managers play a vital role - they shape the future of our talent while ensuring project delivery in excellence, creating an environment where both our people and our projects thrive
Imagine yourself in a role where you're not just leading teams - you're transforming them. As a Consulting Manager, you'll spend approx. 75% of your time designing and implementing structured mentorship programs, creating specialized development tracks, and nurturing the next generation of Pega leaders. The remaining 25% of your focus will be on ensuring project delivery success through effective governance and delivery excellence.
Regular skill assessments and gap analysis are central to how our Consulting Managers drive continuous improvement. They create personalized learning and development roadmaps for each team member, facilitating peer learning and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote collaboration. Through mentoring partnerships between senior and junior members, our Consulting Managers encourage both individual growth and collective team success.
We believe in identifying and nurturing emerging leaders. Our Consulting Managers provide targeted leadership development programs, empowering team members to lead special initiatives and projects. Succession planning ensures that we are always prepared to fill key roles with capable leaders from within our team
They organize team-building activities that foster collaboration and trust, ensuring that everyone feels valued and supported. Recognition programs celebrate outstanding contributions, while open platforms for innovation encourage creative problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Our Consulting Managers are passionate coaches who provide structured, actionable feedback to help team members set and achieve ambitious goals. Through regular career development discussions, they guide personal brand development and support everyone’s journey to success within the company.
At Pega, we actively explore and embrace emerging AI capabilities with curiosity, responsibility, and a drive for meaningful innovation. You will work in an environment where AI‑enabled tools are used to enhance learning, improve engineering efficiency, and support better decision‑making across the cloud platform.
We expect engineers to apply critical thinking to all AI‑generated outputs—validating accuracy, quality, and relevance before applying them in production environments. We view AI maturity as a spectrum, progressing from foundational adoption toward more strategic, advocacy‑driven integration, and you will play an active role in that journey.
You demonstrate a strong Growth Mindset—embracing curiosity, continuous learning, and adaptability in a fast‑changing technology environment. You are comfortable speaking about AI with confidence and conviction, and you view AI as an enabler to improve outcomes rather than a substitute for sound engineering principles.
You challenge assumptions, learn quickly from change, and apply critical thinking to validate outputs and make informed decisions. You bring a thoughtful, quality‑driven approach to your work and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
