The team

• Lead functional discovery and workshops for Demand and resource management in plan view.


• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria.


• Analyze current state processes and identify improvement.


• Partner with architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts and dependencies.


• Support UAT planning and execution, including clarifying test scenarios, expected outcomes, and sign-off criteria


•  Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.


• Mentor junior BAs and support readiness of business SMEs.

Key skills required

• 7+ years of experience as a PPM implementation consultant, with a strong focus on demand management, resource management, portfolio management will be preferred.


• Demonstrated experience leading requirements elicitation and specification for complex functional areas.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Strong collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.


• Exposure to testing lifecycle and UAT execution preferred.


• Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools (Jira, Confluence
