Purpose of the Position
To support the organization by drafting suitable replies to notices received from authorities
within the stipulated TAT and fostering strong relationships with internal and external
stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Prepare reply drafts for notices received from the Client Support Team based on the
provided input and translation. Submit drafts within the specified TAT.
2. Maintain and update the Notice Tracker with necessary details before issuing drafts
for future reference.
3. Enroll new client requests in the Master Sheet for invoicing purposes.
4. Follow up with the Client Support Team to ensure the timely closure of notices and
pending court cases.
5. Coordinate with lawyers and clients on cases, following instructions from the
reporting manager/management.
6. Update all notices, reply drafts, and closure processes in ACSL Software (Simpliance
Classic).
7. Foster good relationships with internal and external team members.
8. Enhance the skill sets of employees by encouraging multi-skilling and providing
support on Acts during drafting processes.
9. Handle other organizational activities as assigned.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
1. Ensure timely and error-free submission of reply drafts:
- Notices within 7 days.
- Show Cause Notices within 3 days.
- 95% TAT adherence.
2. Daily update of the Notice Tracker for reply drafts and closure:
- 100% same-day reply draft updates.
- 100% closure updates within 3 working days.
3. Collect signed and acknowledged reply letters from the Client Support Team within
30 days, verifying the authority's signature and seal. Provide acknowledgments within
3 working days.
4. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions on various labor laws for the internal team (one
session per quarter).
5. Propose process improvement ideas (Kaizen) to enhance organizational and client
service:
- Two Kaizen ideas per quarter.

6. Oversee the performance and utilization of three to four direct reports
