Responsibilities-

The person will be responsible for oversees all aspects of HR within a plant, with a particular focus on maintaining a harmonious work environment through effective communication and compliance with labour laws. They handle recruitment, employee relations, and ensure compliance with regulations, while also engaging with unions on matters like collective bargaining and dispute resolution.

Experience:

• Full-time MBA(preferred from Tier I/Tier II)
• Experience in manufacturing is a must
• Should understand Tamil
• Female preferred
