Job Description - Manager - Presales

Our Mission:

Job
Description:

·       Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a
team of 5–10 Presales Executives, setting daily calling targets and monitoring
call quality.

·       Lead Management: Oversee the
distribution of leads from various channels and ensure a faster average response
time.

·       Customer Advisory: Deep -dive into
customer requirements (budget, location preference, investment vs. end -use) and
recommend specific Ceyone -mandated projects.

·       Stakeholder Liaison: Work
closely with the Marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and with
the Sales team to track site visit attendance.

·       CRM Custodian: Maintain 100%
data integrity in the CRM (Salesforce) tracking the journey from Lead -In to
Site Visit Done.

·       Business Metrics: Monitor vital
business metrics of Enquiry -to -Allocation, Allocation -to -Site Visit, and Site
Visit -to -Sales. Ensure that the process is meeting the business metrics on a
month -on -month basis.

·       Competitive Analysis: Conduct
weekly market sweeps in the Hyderabad region to understand competitor offers
and update the team's sales pitch accordingly.

·       Team Productivity: Ensuring optimal
productivity of the team in line with business goals 

·       Data Accuracy: Zero lag in CRM
status updates.



Requirements

Educational
Qualification & Requirements:

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

·       Experience: Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in real estate. Preferably 5+ yrs in
leadership role in Presales.

·       Communication: Fluent in Telugu, English, and Hindi (essential for the Hyderabad
market).

·       Technical
Savvy:
Proficiency in real estate CRMs, MS Excel (for reporting), and various
Calling Solutions

·       Handling
Multiple Projects:
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time including
digital and channel partner leads.

  • Closing Instinct: Negotiation skills to sell
    the visit.
