Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Develop and optimize manufacturing capacity plans.


2. Prepare and monitor annual manufacturing budgets.


3. Plan facility expansion and infrastructure development.


4. Lead manufacturing readiness for new product launches.


5. Design efficient manufacturing processes and production lines.


6. Optimize material flow and logistics within the facilities.


7. Drive productivity enhancement initiatives.


8. Identify and implement capacity improvement measures.


9. Collaborate with Quality teams to enhance manufacturing capabilities.


10. Lead cross-functional engineering projects ensuring compliance and safety.

Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical Engineering, B-Tech Mechanical Engineering

General Experience

10-15 years of relevant work experience
