You can also follow us on LinkedIn and Instagram. \n\nRole Overview\n\nWe are seeking an Automation Manager to contribute to citizen development initiatives across Global Mobility operations within the Vialto Value Network (VVN). This role reports to the Global Automation Lead and works closely with global and regional stakeholders to support automation and efficiency initiatives across the organization.\n\nYou will manage the full lifecycle of automation initiatives, from initial engagement with delivery teams through requirements gathering, feasibility validation, and effort and value assessment (simple effort and ROI analysis), to solution design and delivery. Work will be performed both hands-on and through coordination of the broader VVN automation community.\n\nYou will also collaborate closely with the Efficiency \u0026 Experience Team, subject-matter experts, and the Operational Excellence function to ensure successful and sustainable project delivery.\n\nIn addition to VVN-led initiatives, you may contribute to enterprise-level automation programs driven by the Global Project Office, as well as client-facing automation engagements. Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business language (and vice versa) are essential. This is a senior individual contributor role, with potential future opportunities for limited people management depending on business needs. \n \nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Lead assigned automation projects, ensuring timely delivery within agreed scope, budget, and quality standards.\n\n * Define, validate, and document business and technical requirements.\n\n * Identify and assess automation opportunities, including productivity measurement and benefits tracking.\n\n * Design and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable automation solutions.\n\n * Train, mentor, and enable team members and citizen developers on automation best practices and tools with the support of counterparts in the global role.\n\n * Support deployment, adoption, and governance of automation platforms.\n\n * Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.\n\n * Contribute to the development of automation standards, guidelines, and reusable components.\n\n\n\n\nMust Haves\n\n * 5+ years of experience delivering automation initiatives within the Microsoft ecosystem, ideally within Shared Services, Global Capability Centre\u0027s, or similar environments.\n\n * Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Office Scripts, Microsoft Lists, and Dataverse.\n\n * Proficiency in Alteryx (preferred) or KNIME is a strong advantage.\n\n * Proven experience in business requirements gathering, process assessment, and project management.\n\n * Ability to manage multiple automation or process improvement initiatives in parallel.\n\n * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\n\n * Experience working with globally distributed teams.\n\n * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\n * English proficiency at C1 level, enabling effective communication with global counterparts.\n\n\n\n\nNice to Haves\n\n * Experience building Power BI dashboards and translating data into actionable insights.\n\n * Experience in Global Mobility or professional services environments.\n\n * Experience with Azure DevOps.\n\n * Working knowledge of SQL, including experience leveraging the Snowflake data platform.\n\n\n\n
