Role- Manager – Procurement

Description

We are seeking a motivated and proactive procurement professional to join our global team as Manager – Procurement, based at our Noida Shared Services Centre. You will collaborate with colleagues across the UK, India, and other international locations, supporting procurement activities for multiple global entities.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing international organization, improve procurement processes, drive cost savings, strengthen controls, and support the rollout of our new global ERP system (Unit4).

What We Expect From You

Global Procurement Support

  • Manage end-to-end procurement: requisitions, purchase orders, and payments
  • Ensure smooth processes across countries
  • Act as the main procurement contact in Noida, supporting best practices

ERP Implementation (Unit4)

  • Support global rollout of Unit4 ERP
  • Drive system improvements and simplify approvals
  • Enhance reporting and procurement data visibility

Contracts & Cost Optimization

  • Manage and review contracts, especially IT hardware/software
  • Consolidate contracts and negotiate better terms
  • Lead cost-saving initiatives and supplier value improvements

Process Improvement

  • Review and streamline procurement processes
  • Suggest practical, faster, and more effective ways of working

Risk & Controls

  • Partner with Finance and Internal Audit to ensure strong controls
  • Prevent errors, fraud, and non-compliance
  • Strengthen approval processes

Shared Services Delivery

  • Deliver procurement services from Noida within defined SLAs
  • Support centralized procurement initiatives

Stakeholder & Supplier Management

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across time zones
  • Ensure clear, timely communication

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare procurement reports and track metrics
  • Use data to support decision-making

What You Should Bring

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 7–10+ years’ experience in procurement/supply chain
  • Exposure to:
    • Procure-to-pay (P2P) processes
    • Contract management
    • ERP systems (Unit4 preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and global collaboration ability
  • Skilled at multitasking in fast-paced environments
  • Proactive mindset with focus on process improvement
