As a Product Manager in the TopTier team, you will own high-impact product areas, solve complex user problems, and build experiences that shape the future of professional hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Execution
 Own the product roadmap for key areas of the TopTier experience, from strategy through execution.
 Define, prioritize, and launch impactful product features with a strong focus on jobseeker outcomes and business metrics.
 Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Business teams to translate product vision into high-quality customer experiences.
 Drive rapid experimentation through iterative product development—build, measure, learn, and continuously improve.
Growth & User Engagement
 Drive user activation, engagement, retention, and feature adoption across the TopTier platform.
 Identify growth opportunities using data, experimentation, and customer insights.
 Define success metrics and continuously optimize product performance through data-driven decision making.
Customer Insights & Problem Solving
 Develop a deep understanding of user needs through customer interviews, behavioral analytics, and market research.
 Break down ambiguous business problems into structured product opportunities with measurable outcomes.
 Champion a customer-first mindset while balancing business objectives and technical feasibility.
AI-First Product Development
 Build AI-native experiences that meaningfully improve the job search journey for high-intent professionals.
 Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to define model inputs, feedback mechanisms, evaluation frameworks, and product success metrics.
 Stay at the forefront of advancements in Generative AI and AI agents, identifying opportunities to incorporate emerging capabilities into the product roadmap.
Cross-functional Leadership
 Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives with speed and quality.
 Build alignment across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Business, and Leadership through clear communication and strong stakeholder management.
 Use data, customer insights, and sound product judgment to influence decisions and drive execution.
What We’re Looking For
 4+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling consumer-facing (B2C) digital products.
 MBA from a Tier 1 business school.
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to define success metrics, interpret data, and make evidence-based product decisions.
 Experience building AI-powered products or working closely with Machine Learning and Data Science teams to deliver intelligent user experiences.
 Strong product ownership with a bias for action, accountability, and structured problem solving.
 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience driving alignment across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Good to Have
 Experience building and launching an AI agent or agentic product that solves a meaningful customer problem end-to-end.
 Prior experience in marketplaces, consumer internet, career platforms, or recommendation systems.
 Passion for applying Generative AI to create delightful and differentiated user experiences.
