Manager Product Planning - LMM

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

To find out the requirements of products, its features and specs through market research and interaction to give value proposition and customer insights provide inputs to product development team for product development.

To provide inputs to management so as to plan the entry of the product into the market as per the estimated customer requirements



1. Prepare business case for the 3rd product



2. Develop 3 yrs. product plan



3. Develop innovative solutions in retail finance - Implementing Operating Lease scheme



4. Preparation of PDB for Concrete Mixer with details of specs and features required



5. Develop a road map for implementing 3 years warranty- (Small team goal)



6. Meet timelines, cost and quality requirements of Project Hercules- (Big team goal)



Quality and detailing of customer requirement and insight- determines machine’s ability to meet customer needs- impacts future machine sales and market share



Determining the features and specs of machine- impacts material cost



Start pilot for operating lease for construction equipments- 3 cases
