Job Description: Manager (Project Management)

Roles and Responsibilities
â Ensure work delegation with subordinates and follow-up their to get it work done in within the timelines.
â High Proficient in Microsoft Office â Excel, Access, PowerPoint to Maintain the MIS Reports and must
be able to analyse reports to detect problems in the Operations Data and Deliver the Insights.
â Participate in Inter-departmental meetings to understand the requirements and issues in the core teams and
bring it to top management with Potential Solutions.
â Highlighting the problematic areas in the core team processes and ensuring your team is internal data audit
team.
â Giving directions to resolve the problems in the core teams and to achieve a common goal.
â Daily Routines & Minutes of Meeting follow-up with your subordinates and ensure it to be completed
within the timelines.
â Should engage in business growth projects to implement the new thought process shared by top
Management.
â Scheduling meetings/teleconferences with Cross Function Department and Top Management.
â Supporting to the TOP Management in managing operations such as Follow-up of action items with
respective Department heads.
â Should assist with the subordinates in preparing analytics reports, Monthly Review PPTs, Data RCAs,
CAPA Strategies and team building.
Requirements
Mandatory Skills
â
o Excellent Communication in English.
o Any Post Graduate Degree.
o Minimum 5 Year Experience in Data/People Management.
o Microsoft tools knowledge such as MS Excel, Ms Access and PowerPoint.
o People Management skill is most required.
o Excellent organizing and coordination skills.
