Key responsibilities:

• Participation in Basic Engg. & Conceptual Stage of Project


• Understanding  detailed activities for Individual stream


• Review of  Look ahead for individual  stream for all Project


• Update Project Schedule as per current progress.


• Participation at Various site Kick of Meeting and Interaction with Individual   contractor for Project Progress.


• Coordinate with various stakeholders - senior management, functional department heads, project managers, team leads, purchase Dept and other users - for managing various projects and related processes in Primavera.


• Create customized templates and reports in Primavera as may be required by the various stakeholders.


• Review of Conceptual schedules


• Review L1,L2 ,L3 Schedule for individual Project


• Understand and Highlight critical activities of each project and delay causing due to them


• Preparation of  Monthly Detailed and Summary Report


• Periodical site visit for Progress Monitoring of Individual Project


• Understand integration needs between Primavera and other application systems and coordinating with the internal project managers / external vendors / implementation partners to get it done.


• Manage System Administration activities in Primaver

Educational Qualification

B.E. in Electrical / Mechanical Experience on Primavera platform

Experience

Tenure:  12 to 14 Years
