Manager - QMS

Manage Quality Management System Monitor, review and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QMS and its processes Define the KPi as per QMap, ensure the targets are met &/or ensure the corrective actions are effectively implemented where targets are not met. Contribute to the promotion and awareness of customer requirements Responsible for identifying the area of opportunity to drive continual improvement towards zero defects. Promote teamwork and resolve conflict Timely recognize good effort and promote continual improvement Maintain knowledge of QMS standards, methods, and tools Provide support to internal functions on the application, maintenance, and improvement of quality systems and department-specific processes Maintain knowledge of Project Management and tools Deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent Lead Auditor for IATF16949 and ISO9001 requirements At least 18+ years' experience in semiconductor industry/EMS Industry and in managerial role. Familiar with AIAG 5 core tools. Proven ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams to understand needs and translate them into actionable plans, deliverables, and resource requirements Excellent organizational and management skills and outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills A proven track record as an internal auditor or Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, IATF 16949 , In-depth knowledge and experience in effecting deploying FMEA, PPAP, control plans, SPC. MSA. Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with advanced techniques. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Experience working with external auditors and managing customer relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
