JOB DESCRIPTION:

      • Review and Approve Change control in Track wise system
      
      
      • Review and Approve SOPs in EDMS system as and when required.
      
      
      • Support Team members in QMS activities.
      
      
      • Facing Customer Audits and complies with recommendations / requirements.
      
      
      • Facing GMP Audits and complies with requirements.
      
      
      • Ensure Timely completion of schedule activities in Track wise.
      
      
      • Introduce cost saving and energy saving techniques.
      
      
      • Timely complete Quality circle projects
      
      
      • Provide Training to Engineering Team to enhance Quality work.
      
      
      • Adherence to EHS policy and safety compliance at workplace.
      
      
      • Follow cGMP practices in daily work.
      
      
      • Follow GEP in daily work culture.
      
      
      • Provide new ideas in kaizen and support to team to initiate the same.
      
      
      • Ensure there are no data integrity issues in the department.
      
      
      • SPOC of site to Represent ASPIRE projects and saving.
      
      
      • Coordinate with CFT for Engineering related QMS task to close as per TCD
      
      
      • Responsible to prepare an Audit response of facility and maintenances related observations.
      
      
      • Participate in Internal Audit to upkeep the compliance of the site.
      
      
      • Engage / Participate with the central SAP team to implement and enhance the PM module in engineering function.
      
      
      • Support to OEE team to improve Equipment efficiency.
      
      
      • Check and approve GRN of Engineering material.
      
      
      
      
    
    
    
    
  
  
  
  

Education: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical

Experience: 12-15+ years’ experience
