Manager - Quality Control

Compliance, Auditing & Documentation

• Develop, implement, and maintain the plant's quality management system, including quality plans and control procedures, in line with objectives and standards like BIS, ISO 9001.


• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections of processes and outputs to identify mistakes or non-conformity issues.


• Ensure that all lab records and quality-related documentation are properly maintained and up-to-date for root-cause analysis and traceability of quality issues to specific production batches.


• Maintain a strong working relationship with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders, such as the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).

Team Management & Development

• Define daily workflows, schedules, and quality procedures for the department.

Foster a culture of safety and compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards within the QC department.

Problem Solving & Improvement

• Investigate and resolve product quality issues and customer complaints by identifying and removing the causes of defects and minimizing variability in manufacturing.
