Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Manager – Renewable Energy Projects to oversee the end-to-end execution and maintenance of solar power projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, hands-on site experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solar projects, ensuring on-time completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality standards.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders—to ensure seamless project execution.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and updates for internal tracking and client communication.

• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and implement timely, effective solutions to prevent delays.

• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across all project locations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

• 3–4 years of relevant on-site experience in renewable energy project execution and maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, installation techniques, and O&M best practices.

• Excellent leadership, coordination, and organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with project management tools/software is an advantage.
