Job Description - Manager - Retail Marketing

Location: New Delhi

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Retail Management

Branded Retail Outlet (BROs): -

Design and Implementation of visual merchandising as per retail guidelines

Closely work with Sales team to ensure timely appointment of BROs as per the agreed timelines

Multi Branded Outlets:- Develop/Implement innovative formats to improve brand's visibility at point of sale

Channel Performance: -

Track engagement performance of the retail stores

Develop/Execute various retail loyalty programs to improve shelf of share

Visiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected

Budget Management: - Develop and manage the retail marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources. Monitor expenditures and provide regular budget updates to senior management

Skills:-

Creative Mindset: Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail

Project Management: Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.

Retail Knowledge: Understanding of retail environments, including knowledge of merchandising, shelf placement, and point-of-sale displays.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.

Customer Focus: Understanding the needs and preferences of customers in the target market to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales processes and the ability to collaborate with sales & marketing teams to effectively manage retail management processes

Qualifications:-

10+ years of experience in sales & marketing

Strong understanding of retail channels, distribution, and merchandising strategies
