Manager Revenue Assurance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Revenue Assurance activities and ensure revenue accuracy.


• Identify and prevent revenue leakage, billing discrepancies, and financial losses.


• Perform regular revenue reconciliation and variance analysis.


• Monitor transactions, billing processes, collections, and revenue recognition.


• Develop and strengthen revenue controls, processes, and governance frameworks.


• Investigate revenue discrepancies and coordinate with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Business teams for resolution.


• Prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports on revenue performance and leakage.


• Conduct periodic reviews to identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.


• Support internal and external audits related to revenue and financial controls.


• Drive automation and process improvements to improve revenue accuracy and operational efficiency.


• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable financial regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

• B.Com / CMA qualification.


• 6+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Assurance or a closely related function.


• Strong experience in revenue reconciliation, leakage analysis, controls, and variance analysis.


• BFSI experience preferred.


• Good understanding of financial processes, accounting, and transaction flows.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Good stakeholder-management and communication skills.


• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with MIS/reporting tools is preferred.
