Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Manager – Sales to join our India team. This role will focus primarily on the aviation sector, while also exploring and expanding opportunities in other potential industries both domestically and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in aviation and beyond.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Work closely with our design and production teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Research market trends to identify growth areas and support strategic sales planning.
• Represent Neutral Digital in client meetings, industry events, and presentations.
• Achieve set targets in revenue generation and pipeline development.

Requirements:

• Foreign university graduate (mandatory).
• 0–2 years of work experience, preferably in business development, sales, consulting, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for immersive technology, aviation, or digital transformation solutions.
