## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n 1. Developing Channel Partners/Value Added Resellers/SI and acquring end Customers in Delhi NCR.\n 2. Build, establish and hold responsibility for developing and managing relationships with channel partners and System Integration to drive regular sales.\n 3. Build relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects for multiple products of Eaton.\n 4. Understand Eaton products and solutions and be ready to help customers/channel partners in crafting best optimized solutions.\n 5. Disseminate training and market Eaton\u2019s new product\u2019s launched from time to time to keep channel partners up-to date.\n 6. Execute channel strategies like \u201cPartner Programs etc\u201d to drive Eaton Enterprise business portfolio. \n 7. Develop a multi-tiered relationship with the new customers and competition accounts.\n 8. Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions.\n 9. Identify and resolve conflicts at an early stage for effective channel management.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nBachelor\u2019s Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics. \nMinimum of 6-10 years field sales / Channel sales experience. \n\n\n## Skills:\n\nA history of selling 1 Phase UPS Systems, Batteries, PDU\u2019s, Server Racks, IT Solutions, Software is expected from the candidates. \nStrong Customer connect, market intelligence, effective communication skills, Negotiation skills \u0026 self drive to excel \n \n
