Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Sales Analyst to drive data-led decision-making across international student recruitment markets globally for both higher education and K-12 in Noida. This role will play a critical part in sales planning, forecasting, performance tracking and operational efficiency, while working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in sales analytics, CRM systems and international education recruitment, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and actions.

What will you Do?

1. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Produce and maintain high-quality reports and dashboards for senior management and regional heads 
  • Monitor daily sales performance including leads, applications, payments and visa submissions and provide daily reports.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of key metrics across brands, regions, and channels 

 

2. Pipeline Analysis & Forecasting

  • Analyse the end-to-end sales funnel (Lead → Application → Offer → Payment → Visa → Enrolment)  
  • Build intake forecasts based on pipeline data, historical trends, visa risks and market inputs 
  • Segment data by: 
    • Nationality 
    • Conversion stages 
    • Visa risk factors 

 

3. Sales Performance & KPI Management

  • Evaluate individual and team performance against defined KPIs (CPL, CPE, L2E, etc.) 
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve conversion and productivity 
  • Provide actionable insights to drive sales efficiency and revenue growth 

4. CRM & Data Governance

  • Act as a key point of contact for CRM-related queries and issue resolution 
  • Ensure high standards of data accuracy, hygiene and reporting integrity 
  • Lead initiatives to enhance CRM capabilities and improve reporting frameworks 

5. Process Improvement & Automation

  • Contribute to the development of automation frameworks using tools like Python 
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reporting turnaround time 
  • Drive continuous improvement in data processes and workflows 

6. CRO Management & Commission Oversight

  • Oversee the end-to-end CRO commission process, including: 
    • Tracking and validation 
    • Coordination with finance for timely payouts 
  • Maintain and update the CRO performance, ensuring call quality and conversion% 
  • Evaluate team performance via KPIs, identifying trends, gaps, data wastage and improvement opportunities.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with: 
    • Pre-sales, Sales, Visa & Admissions teams 
    • Digital Marketing teams 
    • Finance and Operations 
  • Ensure alignment across teams for seamless execution and reporting consistency 

 

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset 
  • Advanced proficiency in: 
    • Microsoft Excel (advanced level) 
    • Power BI / Tableau (preferred) 
    • Python for data analysis and automation 
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and data management practices 
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with fast pace and quicker TATs
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including senior leadership 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency

 

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 10-15 years in sales analytics/ Business Analytics
  • Prior experience in: 
    • International education / student recruitment (highly preferred) 
    • High-volume, multi-market sales environments 
  • Experience working with global teams and multi-country operations 

 

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Accuracy of sales forecasts and numbers
  • Improvement in conversion rates (L2A, L2P, L2E) and CPE%
  • Reduction in data discrepancies and reporting errors 
  • Efficiency in commission processing timelines 
  • CRM adoption and data quality metrics 
  • Tracking of the daily lead and business across all channels within Direct Sales (B2C)
  • Problem solving ability on the operational side and data tracking
