JOB SUMMARY:Learn, practice and hone your skills in problem identification and resolution; work with experts from New York Life and cross functional teams across the country. Be the ‘go-to’ person for Sr. ADMs & above, Sr. Advisors and LPCs for all selling skills, sales process, product, competition related queries and support.


 


Your key responsibilities are around improving advisors ‘engagement &strengthening their relationship with Max life, building better Sales skills through consistent communication,training on Sales Stories and jointly delivering the desired outcomes


 



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


 



  • Help prepare Advisors for customer meetings. For e.g.  provide advisors vital information about the prospect (in case of BI / NRI prospect) and design appropriate solutions.

  • Provide leads by identifying sales opportunities through Book of business and promote cross sale of products.

  • Provide Sales training, technical support on sales concept like Business Insurance, NRI etc.

  • Attend Field in bound calls from Agents, Sr. ADM’s & above and LPC’s and give technical and sales support to them on products(both current and products sold earlier), competition and resolve any queries regarding in-force policies.

  • Assist Agents sell better by providing product knowledge, sales ideas, information on Company, Fund performance, Bonuses etc.

  • Make calls to Agents and invite them to Offices for attending training program and any other intervention planned by Office and LPC.

  • Share update of agents earning, Contest, Star level and share ideas to qualify for contests, lift their income by consistently sharing updates and opportunities available, thus keeping agents focused on LI business.

  • Consistently learnabout newproducts- MLI’s and competitions. Stay abreast with market developments.

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

  • Good communication skills (Oral, Written). English and Hindi

Desired qualification and experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent withMinimum 2 years relevant experience
