Description
The Manager – SAP Project Management will spearhead complex SAP rollout initiatives within the SAP PM Competency – Delivery team. You will own full project lifecycles, from strategic planning and resource allocation to execution, risk mitigation, and post‑go‑live support, driving excellence and value for our clients.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, manage scope changes, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Facilitate regular status reporting and communication with senior leadership and clients.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, governance, and quality standards.
Manage vendor relationships and third‑party service providers.
Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and post‑implementation reviews.
Oversee resource forecasting, allocation, and performance management.
Champion change management and user adoption activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience managing large‑scale SAP implementation or transformation projects.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC) and SAP Activate methodology.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Expertise in risk management, issue resolution, and quality assurance processes.
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager).
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as project demands require.
