Manager - Security Assessment

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead security assessments for applications, infrastructure, cloud services, AI solutions, and emerging technologies.

• Identify risks, define security requirements, and document risk treatment and residual risk decisions.

• Coordinate security testing activities, including AI Red Teaming, application penetration testing, SAST, DAST, and open-source software reviews.

• Drive remediation and risk mitigation efforts in partnership with development teams and specialized security functions.

• Provide expertise across multiple security domains and advise on compensating controls where requirements cannot be met.

Utilize AI-assisted tools and techniques as part of daily operations to improve assessment effectiveness, productivity, and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience performing cybersecurity risk assessments, security architecture reviews, or security consulting activities for technology initiatives. 

• CISSP and/or CCSP is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to identify risks, evaluate security controls, and drive remediation activities.

• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance security assessments, streamline risk analysis, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision making.

• Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork. 

• Ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members.
