Manager / Senior Manager – Plant Administration

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Plant Administration professional to lead end -to -end administrative operations, facility management, township administration, transport management, employee welfare services, vendor management, and statutory compliance. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient plant support services, cost optimization, and a safe, employee -friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plant Administration & Facility Management

• Manage plant administration, facilities, utilities, housekeeping, and infrastructure services.
  
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and smooth day -to -day operations.
  

Guest House & Township Administration

• Oversee guest houses, residential colonies, accommodation, and welfare facilities.
  
• Coordinate arrangements for senior management, auditors, and visitors.
  

Transport & Travel Management

• Manage company fleet, transport operations, travel logistics, and compliance documentation.
  
• Optimize transportation costs and utilization.
  

Employee Welfare & Canteen Management

• Supervise canteen operations, employee welfare facilities, and support services.
  
• Ensure quality, hygiene, and employee satisfaction.
  

Vendor & Contract Management

• Manage vendors for security, housekeeping, transport, maintenance, and canteen services.
  
• Monitor SLA adherence, vendor performance, and cost optimization initiatives.
  

Budgeting, Compliance & Reporting

• Prepare administration budgets, control costs, and generate MIS reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, licenses, and company policies.
  

Team Leadership

• Lead administrative staff, outsourced manpower, and service providers.
  
• Drive operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
