Primary Purpose of Role
The Social Media and Internal Communications Manager at AB InBev India is responsible for leading social media and internal communications for the company. You will establish and build a strong external voice for AB InBev India across all its social media pages (LinkedIn & Instagram) in addition to internal communications to effectively reach and engage with relevant internal and external target audience.
Lead and implement content strategies by effectively engaging key influencers through multiple owned media channels across digital media and internal events. You will create and drive talk-worthy ideas, shareable content, credentials, and more. Your objective will be to make our consumers aware of our propositions, drive consideration, build loyalty, and evoke an emotional connect in our brands. Work closely with senior leaders within the company to build a strong engagement through internal events and compelling digital media content.

Develop and execute social media strategies to establish AB InBev India as a strong corporate brand and lead all internal communication cadences for the company
Collaborate with internal teams to plan and manage social media campaigns to promote AB InBev India's corporate identity and brands across key channels.
Build and maintain a positive brand image through effective content across social media / digital marketing initiatives, and internal company events in alignment with the overall company business goals
Coordinate the development of various communication materials, corporate website, videos, articles, and blogs, to support brand messaging and campaigns.
Find opportunities for deliberate, thoughtful exposure in relevant external and internal forums to build AB InBev India’s corporate reputation.

Education level and/ or experience
Graduate or Post-graduate degree with specialization in Digital Marketing or Communications
5 years+ work experience
Experience in social media and internal communications is preferred
Skills and/or knowledge
A strong understanding of marketing principles, brand positioning, and strategy development is crucial. The candidate should be able to develop effective social media & internal communications plan that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for crafting a compelling brand messaging, creative content, and presentations.
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms is important
Ability to develop creative content that resonates with the target audience is vital. This includes expertise in storytelling, copywriting, and content creation for various media channels (internal & external).
A strong ability to analyze consumer insights will help in identifying trends, understanding the target market, and making informed decisions
Knowledge of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all communication touchpoints
Being able to develop crisis communication plans and handle potential brand reputation risks effectively is critical in today's fast-paced business environment.
While not a strict requirement, having a genuine interest and enthusiasm for the beer and beverage industry can be advantageous for understanding consumer trends.
