About the Role:

• Housekeeping & Hygiene: Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure hygiene standards across all areas, and manage vendor performance.
• Security Management: Coordinate with security agencies, monitor access control, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Waste & Pest Control: Implement waste segregation and disposal systems; manage pest control schedules and compliance.
• Vendor & Staff Supervision: Manage outsourced staff, conduct training, and ensure service quality through regular audits.
• Budgeting & Reporting: Track expenses, prepare MIS reports, and support cost optimization initiatives.

About You:

• Experience in facility management or hospitality services.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and facility management software.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
