Manager, Software Development

Experience: 12+ years in application development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. *Expertise in .NET Framework/Core, C#, and Angular (v16+). *Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend integration. *Hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes. *Knowledge of real-time data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Azure Event Hub). *Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and data governance principles. *Proficiency in DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization. Experience with data lake architecture, Delta Lake, and data mesh concepts. Knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation. Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design. *Lead and manage development teams to design and deliver web applications using .NET (C#) and Angular. *Define architecture and enforce coding standards for both application and data pipelines. *Drive migration projects (e.g., Angular upgrades, .NET modernization). *Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align with enterprise architecture. *Oversee data engineering initiatives, including building data pipelines, real-time data ingestion, and integration with analytics platforms. *Implement Microsoft Fabric for unified data analytics and governance. *Ensure seamless integration of application and data layers for real-time insights. *Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. *Mentor team members and promote adoption of modern tech stacks.
