Manager (Solution Expert) - Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP)

Lead end-to-end Blue Yonder ESP implementations/support deliverables including blueprinting, design, build, test, deployment, post go-live support. Engage with client leadership to define supply planning strategies and translate them into system capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders. Guide a team of consultants and coordinate with development, testing, and data integration teams. Act as subject matter expert in resolving complex planning issues and recommending improvements Customize and optimize ESP modules to meet client-specific KPIs and operational goals Assist in data migration, validation, and cleansing for supply planning systems. 8 - 10+ years of experience in Blue Yonder ESP solution delivery Proven track record in leading at least 2-3 full-cycle implementations including post go live support Solid understanding of supply chain planning processes: Demand, Supply, Inventory Planning. Experience in working with cross-functional global teams and stakeholders Proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and performance tuning Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science). Blue Yonder ESP certification (mandatory or strongly preferred)
