Manager / Sr. Engineer Technical Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Sales professional to drive business growth in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Industrial Automation, Electrical Panels and related solutions, along with proven B2B/Technical Sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and generate sales in the assigned territory.


• Promote and sell Industrial Automation Solutions, Electrical Panels and related products.


• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.


• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, contractors and OEMs.


• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up for order conversion.


• Achieve assigned sales targets.


• Conduct customer visits, technical discussions and product presentations.


• Coordinate with internal technical and project teams.


• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience in Technical Sales / Business Development in Industrial Automation or Electrical Solutions.


• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, Drives and Industrial Automation.


• Experience in LV/MV Switchgear and Electrical Control Panels.


• Exposure to PCC, MCC, iMCC, APFC and VFD Panels.


• Strong B2B sales, communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.


• Engineering degree in Electrical / Electronics or related discipline.


• Must be currently based in Visakhapatnam.


• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
