Manager / Sr. Manager (Accounts)

1. Position: Manager / Sr. Manager (Accounts).

 2. Qualification & Experience: 

• Commerce Graduate with CA will be given preference and ICWA with relevant experience can also be considered.


• Experience of about 15 years and above in Engineering Industry / Pharma Industry.


• Good working experience of Accounts, budgeting, MIS.


• Experience on Direct Taxations.


• Knowledge of and company laws.


• Good verbal and written communication skills.


• Experience in SAP.

 3. Key deliverables:   

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly Financial Accounts, MIS & Balance sheet, generate detailed financial analysis of key operational drivers, and highlight operational & financial concern areas.

• Working Knowledge of Costing.


• Good knowledge of product costing and cost analysis is essential.

• Compliances of legal requirement by company, timely & appropriate payment of statutory dues as well as filing of periodic returns.


• Ensure timely payment to supplier on due date. 


• Ensure good working relationship with Suppliers, Consultants, Statutory   and Internal Auditors, Reserve Bank of India, Customs, etc.

• Financial analysis of Accounts MIS package to highlight operational & financial opportunity and concern areas.

• Process oriented with focus on improving systems and procedures.

• Lead commercial team in coordinating with Corporate IT and external resources for SAP implementation.


• Lead the team for continual improvement in systems and procedures and develop highly motivated team members.

4. Job Location: 

• The Job location is at the Tarapur plant.


• Boisar is 85 Kilometers from Mumbai and is at 1.5 hrs. journey by train from Borivali Station or by road via Western Express Highway.


• Western Railway is planning to start local trains beyond Virar up to Dahanu. Boisar will then be connected by local trains with Mumbai. This service is expected to be operational in next one year.


• Company has Guesthouse with a cook for bachelors. 

5. Compensation:

• The compensation will commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the candidate.


• Tarapur based candidates are eligible for a semi-furnished flat in its housing complex in residential area near Boisar Station. The housing complex is 4 km. from the company. 

6. Future Prospect: 

• The Company has spacious building & facilities and large open land for future expansion.

• Opportunity to participate in conversion to SAP with assistance of our Corporate IT team within 1 year of joining.

7. Reporting  & Responsibility:   

• The candidate will be reporting to CEO & Directors.


• He will head the Accounting function.
