    Job Description

    Their responsibilities typically include:

  • Business Requirement Documentation: Instrumental in putting up the business requirement document with the help of SME to ensure all documents are captured appropriately.
  • System Implementation: Leading the implementation of HR technology solutions.Managing integrations between different HR systems to ensure seamless data flow. Planning and overseeing system upgrades and migrations to newer versions or platforms.Ensuring that HR technology systems comply with relevant regulations and data privacy laws. Implementing security measures to protect sensitive HR data from unauthorized access or breaches.Providing adequate training and support to HR staff and end-users on how to effectively use HR technology systems.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborating with vendors to evaluate, select, and negotiate contracts for HR technology solutions. Managing ongoing relationships with vendors to ensure service levels are met and addressing any issues that arise.
  • System Administration: Overseeing the day-to-day administration of HR systems, including user access, data integrity, system configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes through technology automation and optimization. Working closely with HR business partners, recruitment team, L&OD team, to understand their needs and develop technology solutions to support them.
  • MIS & Data Analytics: Leveraging HR technology systems to analyze workforce data and generate insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Lead or support any other key projects assigned by senior management.
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Exp level : 8 to 12 years
  • Experience in end to end implementation of HR Technology solution
  • Masters Degree
  • Should have worked in HR Tech companies and corporate experience
  • Go-getter, flexible, and problem solver
