Key responsibilities:

• Own and govern global supply chain master data, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across demand, supply, inventory, and planning systems.


• Develop and maintain end-to-end supply chain analytics for key metrics including Demand vs Commit vs Supply to support operational and strategic decision-making.


• Lead the development and maintenance of the Global Supply Chain Work Plan, incorporating growth assumptions, capacity requirements, supply risks, and strategic priorities.


• Analyze historical and current business performance data to identify growth patterns, demand trends, and consumption behavior across molecules, product portfolios, regions, and markets.Build predictive and trend-based analytical models to support long-term supply chain planning and business growth strategies.


• Generate actionable insights and executive dashboards for the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team to support strategic decision-making. Identify potential supply risks, demand-supply gaps, capacity constraints, inventory exposures, and service level risks; recommend mitigation plans.


• Proactively highlight risks that may result in supply disruptions, stock-outs, customer service failures, or sales loss. Ensure consistent measurement and tracking of key supply chain performance indicators and strategic business objectives.


• Partner closely with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance, and Regional Supply Chain teams to translate data into business actions.


• Establish standard reporting frameworks and automate analytical processes to improve efficiency and data visibility across the organization.


• Strong expertise in data analysis using Python, SQL, Power BI, and Excel. Experience working with large, complex datasets from ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Kinaxis, Oracle, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
