Manager - Talent Acquisition (Campus)

Role : Incumbent in this role will be spearheading campus events / programs and sponsorship portfolio for Myntra. This is an independent contributor role, reporting to Lead campus.

Responsibilities :

1. Events :




1. Creating and managing a calendar of  3 Flagship events across tech & Non Tech.


2. Working closely with business spocs for smooth execution of the events.


3. Partner with cross functional teams like D&I or business team on initiatives which involves campus/ freshers cohort.




2. Branding




1. Partnering with strategic campuses on opportunities to brand Myntra and its leadership via sponsorship events and other opportunities


2. Partnering With engagement partners ( Unstop - external + EB - internal) to socialize Myntra's brand across campuses during and post events.




3. New Initiatives




1.  Incumbent will work closely with campus lead on creating new  campus programs as per business outlook.




4. Reporting & Dashboards 




1. Preparing reports on campus activities and outcomes for monthly/ quarterly review 


2. Doing Yearly analysis on critical metrics ( decline % , diversity, funnel data , batch retention, performance etc).

Qualifications 

1. Education & Experience :




• Graduate/ Post Graduate with 6+ year experience in campus hiring and/or managing campus programs/ events.


• Should have operated in multi functional and multi stakeholder environment




2. Skills :




• Storytelling via data


• Adept at dashboarding and data analysis. 


• Ability to influence and work with stakeholders across levels.
