Manager - Tax Transfer Pricing

Job Description:

• Prepare end-to-end documentation process for the allocated share of Transfer Pricing (TP) reports/country responsibilities.
• Prior experience with financial transaction/services TP along with understanding of benchmarking analysis.
• Gather and analyze data relating to intercompany transactions for the preparation of TP reports.
• Performing functional interviews and understand complex flows involved in the intercompany transactions.
• Timely and effective escalation management for any business queries.
• Managing routine calls with business/stakeholders to seek appropriate clarifications and information.
• Preparation of statutory TP disclosures forms, if required
• Lead process enhancement initiatives such as TP data centralization, automation and maintenance initiatives.
• Work in close coordination with various internal/external teams to streamline the process enhancement initiative.
• Assist in development and subsequent maintenance of complex TP models.
• Lead the development or adoption of TP documentation software.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc tax transfer pricing assignments, other miscellaneous assignments, if required.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in direct/ international taxation or tax TP.
• Financial services TP experience and 0-2 years of experience in Technology or automation role preferred.

Skills:

• Knowledge of tax transfer pricing and benchmarking skill.
• Excellent communication (written/ verbal)
• Knowledge on financial products and services.
• Data and business analytical skill.
• Advance knowledge in MS Word and Excel.
• Technology or software development or programming skill.
• Deadline oriented.
• Advance interpersonal and presentation skill.
