Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team that works on migration of cisco/Palo Alto/F5 estate devices and troubleshoots etc.
- Create and execute an end-to-end pipeline of work that is required to complete the migration of devices within timelines.
- Manage the queue and assignment of the work to required resources to drive completion.
- Create and work on onboarding plans for new engineers in the team to start productivity.
- Collaboration with other stakeholders to ensure – hardware inventory, team readiness, trainings, customer communication etc.
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- 10+ years of experience operations and project management, 6+ years of experience in operations management role.
- Experience in technical leadership and management role. Strong command of people management, performance management, Project Management.

Preferred Qualification / Certs:
- Cisco Certifications, Palo Alto Certifications: PCNSA/PCNSE
- Project Management Certification – ITSM , ITIL Knowledge, certifications. Hands on experience in Incident management.
