The  PRISM  Platform System Administrator is responsible for the change, configuration, maintenance, Monitoring and optimization of the organization’s GRC platform to support effective risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance processes. This role ensures the system operates reliably, securely, and aligns with business and regulatory requirements.

The administrator works closely with risk, compliance, audit, IT, and business teams to architect and develop efficient workflows, data integrity, reporting, and control monitoring within the GRC tool. They act as the technical and functional subject matter expert for the platform, supporting system enhancements, integrations, and user adoption.

• Review and evaluate business requirements against existing and proposed systems, providing a recommended approach through the respective application teams.

• Analysis of functional requirement change impact to existing systems.

• Manage and drive the solution documentation to business (System Requirement Specifications - SRS) describing deliverables to meet requirements.

• Ability to understand the Functional and Technical Design Specifications and help business

• Actively participate in issue resolution activities by guiding & assisting development team and building a good functional repo with development teams

• Understand the Business requirements from the Bank to enable IT to effectively convert &

• prepare the Requirement Specifications & Functional specifications

• FLEXCUBE knowledge and functional expertise

• Status reporting & senior management reporting

• Adherence to Banks internal process and procedures

• Provides guidance, information and instruction to other IT staff requiring broader subject knowledge.

• Cross border team management experience.

• Strong business orientation, domain knowledge to comprehend user requirements.

• Strong organizational, team building and leadership qualities.

• Engineer / Post Graduate with 12-14 years of experience in Project / Program management of financial services.

• Core banking / FLEXCUBE hands on experience and implementation.

• 2-3 years in team management, project management , managing program implementation

• Knowledge of Banking domain is a must

• Should have worked on the Product Designing and implementation with respect to Business requirements

• Strong understanding of SDLC process

• Strong inter personal communication skills

• Experience of Banking Operations in particular Core Banking, General Ledger, Loans,

• Payments, Trade Finance and other related Banking channels

• Exposure of manual testing of Banking software applications is a plus

• Experience in Banking Production Support is an advantage

• Excellent Project Management Experience
