Bachelor's degree in human resources, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 6-10 years of professional HR experience with a minimum of 5+ years of compensation experience in a global environment. Experience in designing and structuring compensation programs, including equity stock plans and recognition initiatives. Strong business and financial acumen, with demonstrated project management skills. The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
