Bachelor's degree in human resources, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 6-10 years of professional HR experience with a minimum of 5+ years of compensation experience in a global environment. Experience in designing and structuring compensation programs, including equity stock plans and recognition initiatives.
