Job Description - Manager - Trims STA

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Own STA deliverables for seat systems, canopy, and sub‑assemblies

Ensure supplier process robustness and FTG readiness

Support APQP and E‑PPAP deployment

Drive issue resolution during trials, validation and ramp‑up

Validate quality, comfort, fit and capacity readiness

Coordinate with trims engineering, manufacturing and quality teams

Ensure SOP‑ready seat delivery as per mature volumes

Experience

7 to 9 Years

Industry Preferred

Automotive

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech
