Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Role Overview

The role is for the individual contributor who has hands-on experience in MSC/ADAMS (ADAMS View and CAR). Hands on experience in performing vehicle dynamic simulations like K&C, Ride and Handling, Load extraction and study of vehicle performance parameters

Key Deliverables

• Build system level, vehicle level models as per the requirements and capable of generating the flex models also


• Perform Load extraction, K&C simulations, Ride and handling and correlate the same with physical test results


• Results post processing and Interpretation


• Interactions with Designers


• Hands on experience in tweaking the suspension parameters for better ride and handling


• Expertise in improving the designs to meet the performance targets


• Suspension Model build in MBD software(MSC/ADAMS)


• Improve the model by considering the various suspension inputs


• Should work with the database files and generate files for individual models


• Interactions with Designers


• Ability to provide design recommendations
