Key Objective of this Role:
• Plan, develop, and maintain warehouse infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency
• Evaluate and select 3PL partners based on service capabilities and cost -effectiveness
• Manage end -to -end vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance, and compliance
• Negotiate contracts and commercials with suppliers and service providers
• Monitor warehouse construction, layout design, and equipment installation
• Oversee sourcing strategies to ensure timely procurement of materials and services
• Ensure 3PL operations meet quality, cost, and delivery benchmarks
• Analyze cost structures and implement cost -saving initiatives across warehouse operations
• Conduct periodic vendor audits and risk assessments to ensure reliability and compliance
• Coordinate cross -functional teams to align infrastructure and sourcing plans with business goals
Requirements
Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of warehouse infrastructure design and optimization
• Expertise in 3PL operations and contract management
• Proven skills in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management
• Commercial acumen with cost analysis and budgeting capabilities
• Project management and cross -functional coordination skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• MS Excel & MS Word and E Mail Communication Skills
• Should have excellent computer knowledge to effectively utilize inventory management systems, generate reports, and optimize warehouse operations using software and technology.
• Language skills: Hindi & English
