Manager-Accounts

• Direct and supervise all daily accounting functions, including general ledger management, reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.
  
• Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory standards.
  
• Lead the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior leadership and external stakeholders.

• Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, specifically within the Financial Services industry.
  
• Proven track record of managing large-scale financial operations and leading high-performing teams.
  
• Deep understanding of financial regulations, GAAP standards, and compliance requirements relevant to the banking and financial sectors.
  
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and financial modeling tools.
