Job Description - Manager/Ass. Manager -Searching

Job Title: Senior Associate/Assistant
Manager

Experience Required: 5 -7 years
Location: Noida
Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

Review search reports and ensure high -quality and accurate deliverables.

Utilize patent databases and analytics tools
to extract insights for clients.

Independently manage client portfolios,
providing strategic IP guidance tailored to business objectives.

Understand client requirements, propose customized
solutions, and ensure timely and effective communication.

Collaborate with clients to develop
and implement IP strategies aligned with their business goals.

Lead and mentor a small team of patent
professionals, ensuring skill development and performance excellence.

Conduct quality checks on all
deliverables to maintain accuracy and client satisfaction.

Optimize workflow processes to enhance operational
efficiency and service delivery.

Prepare comprehensive reports,
presentations, and summaries for clients.

Maintain detailed records and
documentation for internal and external audits.

Utilize MS Excel,
Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

B -tech in ECE, EEE, CSE or another
related domain with 5+ years of experience in patent searching and
analytics.
Strong knowledge of patent search methodologies.
Excellent written and oral communication
skills to interact effectively with clients and teams.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint.
Utilize AI tool for data analysis and
reporting, thus increasing productivity.
Ability to work independently, manage
multiple projects, and drive results.
