• Collaborating with verticals and assessment of manpower and to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Handling of recruitment process effectively of all Level.
• On-boarding process of newly joined employees.
• Create strategies for Talent acquisition & Retention.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
• Formulate the performance management system.
• Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
• Handling monthly payroll of employees and filling TDS return deducted from salary & perquisites.
• Statuary compliance of applicable labour laws, ensuring fair employment practices in the company, follow-up on confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc.
• Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
• Handling administration of all contract employees.
• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management
• Handling grievances cell of Employees.
• Drafting and reviewing the HR procedure Manual and Employee Staff Handbook
• Automating and digitizing the HR processes.
• Managing the internal audit, maintaining the required records, and providing the data whenever required.
• Devising the need-based training plan for employees based on their identified training needs. Planning the training programs working on the content and delivery part along with the different divisional heads.
• Other duties or projects as assigned from time to time.
